All living accommodation for your French holiday in Herepian is on the first floor of the villa. The ground floor is used for owner storage, storing pool and garden equipment and barbecue cleaning facilities. The garden area contains a variety of large and attractive trees and has both sunny and secluded areas. The south facing pool and lounge area enjoys the sun all day while the barbecue and alfresco dining area provides the shade under a very large and attractive willow tree.

The comfortably furnished 'L' shaped lounge and dining area is provided with UK Freesat TV and a VCR, DVD and Hi-Fi. There is a small collection of books, videos, DVDs and CDs. For groups of more than 4 persons one of the sofas is convertible to a comfortable double bed. The dining area more than adequately seats 6 persons and the table extends if necessary to accomodate any extra dinner guests. French windows in the dining room lead to the small balcony with drinks table and chairs with a retractable sun shade above. A computer, telephone and internet access is available if required for guests who want to keep in touch.

A modern well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas/electric hob with electric oven. A small table suitable for 4 persons provides an alternative to the dining room for meals and snacks.

Facing to the rear of the property with mountain views beyond. The double bedroom is furnished with an attractive and comfortable metal framed bed, matching bedside furniture, dressing table with mirror and an occasional chair. A fitted wardrobe with sliding doors provides adequate room for storage.

Facing to the front of the property there are mountain views accross the property entrance and road to the north. The twin bedroom is furnished with pine matching furniture, with two single beds, two bedside tables, double wardrobe, occasional chair and dressing table with wall mounted mirror above.

The bathroom is fitted with a large shower, Toilet, heated towel rail, basin/vanity unit and adequate storage for all your holiday toiletries.
