All living accommodation for your French holiday in Herepian is on the first floor of the villa. The ground floor is presently unused with the exception of the garage and laundry facilities until it is developed into a larger home in the future. The garden area contains a variety of large and attractive trees and has both sunny and secluded areas with the pool enjoying the sun and the barbecue and outside dining area providing the shade under a very large and attractive willow tree.

An 'L' shaped lounge and dining area with all new furniture and decoration in Spring 2003. For groups of more than 4 persons one of the settees is convertible to a comfortable double bed. A Hi-Fi and TV/Video is provided along with a small collection of books, videos and Cd's. The dining area more than adequately seats 6 persons and the table extends if necessary to accomodate any extra dinner guests. French windows in the dining room lead to the small balcony fitted with retractable sun shade above. A computer, telephone and internet access is available if required for guests who want to keep in touch.

A modern well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas/electric hob with electric oven. A small table suitable for 4 persons provides an alternative to the dining room for meals and snacks.

Facing to the rear of the property with mountain views beyond. The double bedroom is furnished with an attractive and comfortable metal framed bed, matching bedside furniture, dressing table with mirror and an occasional chair. A fitted wardrobe with sliding doors provides adequate room for storage.

Facing to the front of the property there are mountain views accross the property entrance and road to the north. The twin bedroom is furnished with pine matching furniture, with two single beds, two bedside tables, double wardrobe, occasional chair and dressing table with wall mounted mirror above.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower, sink and adequate storage for all your holiday toiletries. The toilet is separate at the end of the hallway between the two bedrooms.
